Patented Seed Tube Ventilation System ™
Transparent seed tubes are like greenhouses, they trap solar energy. Traditional seed tube cover designs block the escape of heated air. The patented Seed Tube Ventilation System in The Squirrel Buster, permits humidity and the warm air to escape through vents at the top of the feeder. The escaping air is replaced by fresh air entering through the seed ports. The seed remains fresher and attracts more birds.
RoxResin® Better Than Metal
Roxresin® is a remarkable composite material that is chew proof, waterproof and UV stabilised. It is also 100% dishwasher safe.
Negative Grip Tube
The Negative Grip Tube prevents squirrels from grasping the wire hanger with their hind legs, hanging down alongside the feeder and defeating the closing mechanism.

We have the standard feeder, but we use peanuts in it with no problems. Its great to see the squirrels getting frustrated at not getting any food. Wood pigeons can't get to the nuts either, due to their weight. Birds that do use ours, are Spotted Woodpeckers, Blue tits, Great tits, Coal tits, Siskins, Greenfinches, Nuthatches, and Long-Tailed tits. The odd Goldfinch pays a visit, and I have seen a Bullfinch feeding too. Great birdfeeder.

Absolutely brilliant no squirrels no pigeons years of suffering these pests is now a memory. The only downside is i get so many birds i'm now using 4 X more food than previously all eaten by beautiful birds. This is the best garden product i've ever bought

It stops the squirrels reasonably, though as with almost all feeders, they eventually knock them off.More interesting is how birds sometimes use it. Many have learned that knocking it shakes seeds out and we have had two birds, one a blackbird, the other a magpie, that fly up to it at a fair speed and kick it with their feet, causing a shower of seeds, then drop immediately to the ground to feed. They can empty it in an hour or two by doing that. Squirrels, pigeons and the rest then clean up from the ground.

Absolutely wonderful since having the the Squirrel Buster I have had no issues with the squirrels attacking the feeder; they've tried but they can't get in. I spent so much money on other feeders that were supposed to be anti-squirrel but did not work. Your birds will get their seed and you'll feel content your bird food won't go to waste. It's worth the money, the others are a false economy.
